With bacon fennel salad
Serves 4
1 ½ cups milk
1 ½ cups flour
1 tsp black pepper
1 tbs fresh chives
6 tbs butter
salt & pepper
6 strips bacon
2 cups arugula
1 small bulb fennel, thinly sliced
2 oz goat cheese, crumbled
1 tbs Dijon mustard
¼ cup olive oil
2 tbs red wine vinegar
